Stop'nGo Store Positions:

Store Manager is responsible for the overall daily store operations which include profits, expense and shrink control. The position involves hiring, training and developing employees. The key objective for the store manager is the development of a truly customer focused store team.

Store Manager Trainee is an Assistant Manager or qualified candidate who is preparing for a position in store management. Employees must have great customer service and people skills. Daily responsibilities are similar to the store manager position.

Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with daily operations. They must be highly committed to developing a strong customer focused store team. They are responsible for daily operations that include store profitability, training, expense and shrink control.

Lead Associate (FT or PT) assists the Store Manager with developing customer service focused team members. The Lead Associate accomplishes this through leading, training and employee assignments. This is a first level leadership position task for basic management paperwork, ringing sales and maintaining high standards for cleanliness in our stores.

Sales Associate (FT or PT) has the main job of delivering great customer service to our customers. This position is responsible for ringing sales, stocking and maintaining high standards for cleanliness.

Subway Food Service Positions:

Subway Manager is responsible for the overall daily food service operations that include cleanliness, profits, expense and shrink control. The focus of the Subway manager is developing a highly customer focused store team that delivers consistent, quality food items and with great attention to detail. Hiring, training and developing employees are key components of this position.

Subway Assistant Manager assists the Subway manager with daily operations. They must be committed to develop a team that is highly focused on customer service, exceptional food quality and consistency. They are responsible for daily operations to include food service profitability, cleanliness, training, expense and shrink control.

Shift Manager (FT or PT) holds high customer service standards for the food service team. The shift manager accomplishes this through leading, training and assisting with employee task delegation. This is a first level leadership position and for basic management paperwork, ringing sales and maintaining high standards for quality, consistency and cleanliness.

Sandwich Artist (FT or PT) has the main job of delivering great customer service to our customers. This position is responsible for ringing sales, designing Subway sandwiches and maintaining high standards for quality, consistency and cleanliness.
